EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as Tapping, is a therapeutic tool that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology.

By tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion, you can release emotional and energetic blockages, leading to emotional healing and relief from stress, anxiety, and trauma.

EFT is supported by research showing its effectiveness in reducing anxiety, stress, and emotional distress.

I will happily guide you through any issue or challenge. You are safe to share whatever is happening in your present or your past. There are no topics which are off-limits and whatever you bring to our sessions will be met with compassion and non-judgement.

Each session lasts 90 minutes, allowing us ample time to explore your needs and delve into the deep work of healing. Occasionally, we may go a bit longer, up to 15 minutes, to ensure that we address everything thoroughly.

Please always set aside 2 hours total for each session, so you can use the time after for integration and relaxation, helping you fully absorb the insights and experiences from our time together.
